Returns and Credit Policy

At Jeil Trading, we take pride in providing high-quality products and reliable service. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our Returns and Credit policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Conditions

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition.
  • In its original packaging with all included parts.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the date of delivery.
 

Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Delivery

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt

For damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing:
    • The damaged or incorrect product
    • Shipping label showing Jeil Trading as the sender.
  • After review, we will issue either:
    • A credit note
    • A replacement delivery (subject to stock availability)
*Important*
  • Returned items must be handed directly to the delivery driver. 
  • If you are unable to hand them over personally, please leave them at the designated entry point for collection.
 

Credit

  • Credit is only issued if a return has been approved by our team.
  • Once approved, credit will be processed to your original payment method or account. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after approval for the credit to reflect.
